These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop dvynejewelry.com, operated by Nick Tyloch, Eibenkamp 9, 45481 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with Nick Tyloch (DVYNE Jewelry). Small business owner according to § 19 UStG – no sales tax is shown.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the order, you submit a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon our confirmation by e-mail.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in USD. Shipping costs will be shown separately before the order is completed.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).
6. Delivery
Delivery time is usually 7-20 business days, depending on the destination country. We currently only ship to the USA, Great Britain, and Australia.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
