Widerrufsrecht / Right of Withdrawal
Consumers from the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As we currently only ship to the USA, Great Britain, and Australia, the following regulations, which are based on the respective local consumer protection standards, also apply:
30-Day Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of receipt of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
How to Return
Contact us at dvyne@web.de with your order number. We will send you the return address and further instructions.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product – we will refund or replace the item free of charge.
Exclusions from Returns
For hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from returns if the packaging has been opened.
