Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your DVYNE piece. If something 
isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You may return unused, unworn items in their original 
packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to Return an Item
Email us at dvyne@web.de with your order number and 
reason for return. We'll send you return instructions 
and the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process 
your refund within 5-10 business days to your original 
payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the 
customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, 
or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 
7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll 
send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once 
the packaging has been opened.

Exchanges
Currently we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return 
your item for a refund and place a new order for the 
correct item.
