DVYNE Jewelry is operated by Nick Tyloch, Eibenkamp 9, 
45481 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. We are a small 
business operating under the German Kleinunternehmer 
regulation (§19 UStG) — no VAT is charged on our prices.

2. Products
All jewelry is described as accurately as possible. 
Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen 
display and lighting in photos.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information 
provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely 
through our checkout partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal, 
and other available methods). All prices are listed in USD.

4. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, 
and Australia. Please see our Shipping Policy for

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Pricing Errors
In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect 
price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to 
cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
DVYNE Jewelry is not liable for indirect or consequential 
damages arising from the use of our products or website.
